Seneca Foundry is a small, successful family owned organization that has been in the manufacturing business for nearly 80 years and is located in Webster City, Iowa. Seneca uses sand molding processes to produce iron castings and due to their growth they are in need of dependable and honest Laborers to join their team! Position Description
This position is responsible for finishing all castings according to procedures in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner with preventing as much scrap as possible. This position requires the person to recognize the need to flex to various machines within the Clean and Ship cell at the beginner through expert level. The individual will work closely and communicate with:
other Clean and Ship personnel, supervisors, maintenance, and Quality Control. There is a lot of cross training with this position and provides great opportunity to learn many skills for future advancement.

Day and Night Shifts are available!

Job Specifications
If you are a hard worker with at least a High School Diploma/GED that enjoys a variety of duties in a production/manufacturing environment then this is a great opportunity to consider! This is a physical role so positions in this class require frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds, less frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Must be able to work independently as well as have high attention to detail and enjoy working in a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual as people have started great careers from this entry-level role. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
